Information on the Right of Withdrawal and Sample Withdrawal Form

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days.
This right also applies to natural persons entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity, if it follows from the content of the agreement that it is not of a professional nature for those persons, in particular arising from the subject of their business activity, made available in accordance with the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).
Other entrepreneurs are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, possession of the goods.

Exception: Personalized clothing with initials cannot be returned.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

You can do so by making a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or by email).
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Please send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:

Contracts where the goods are non-prefabricated, produced according to the consumer’s specifications, or clearly personalized to meet individual needs.
