Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours.
In the case of a large number of orders or when purchasing a product that is made to order, the processing time may be extended to up to 10 business days from the moment the payment is received.

The delivery time via the InPost courier service is up to 3 business days.

If the delivery is made outside of Poland, the delivery time will depend on the courier company’s operations.
For deliveries within the EU and outside the EU, the DPD courier service is used.
