1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
Our offer is intended exclusively for Consumers.
A Consumer is, according to Article 22 of the Polish Civil Code, a natural person who performs a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The sales agreement is concluded with CISZA.DESIGN.
The presentation of products in our online store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
To submit an offer to purchase, the customer must place an order. Using the functions available in our online store, you may add selected products to your shopping cart and submit a purchase offer.
Before finalizing the order, you can modify the shopping cart and the information entered in the forms using the available tools and messages displayed during the ordering process.
By clicking the button confirming and finalizing the order on the order summary page, you submit an order for the products in your shopping cart.
After placing the order, you will automatically receive an email confirming that your order has been registered.
This email does not constitute acceptance of your offer or the conclusion of a sales contract.
The sales agreement is concluded only after verification and acceptance of your order, which will be confirmed in a separate email stating that your order has been approved for processing.
Upon receipt of that email, the sales contract is considered concluded.
3. Language and Record of the Contract
The sales contract can be concluded in Polish.
The content of the contract is not stored by us.
4. Delivery of Products
Delivery within Poland is free of charge.
Ordered products are delivered via our partner courier companies.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the information provided in the instruction on the right of withdrawal.
This right also applies to natural persons concluding contracts directly related to their business activity, if the content of the contract shows that it does not have a professional character for them—particularly considering the scope of their business activity listed in the CEIDG register.
7. Transport Damage
In the case of distance consumer sales, our store always bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of goods during transport.
If the delivered products show visible damage caused during transport, please report such defects to the courier and contact us as soon as possible.
A delay in reporting such a complaint or contacting us has no effect on your statutory rights but helps us pursue claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
8. Complaints: Product Compliance / Defects
We are obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
In case of non-compliance of goods with the contract, the Consumer has the rights specified in Chapter 5a of the Consumer Rights Act.
The Consumer may request repair or replacement of the non-compliant goods, or submit a declaration to reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.
We are liable for non-compliance revealed within 2 years from the date of delivery, unless a longer validity period is specified for the product.
The above provisions also apply to natural persons concluding contracts directly related to their business activity, provided that the contract does not have a professional character for them according to their CEIDG entry.
